RINL-CCI to build JV cement plant
Two mtpa plant to be completed in 15 months. Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited, an entity of Visakhapatnam Steel Plant, and Cement Corporation of India (CCI), are to build a two million ton/year (mtpa) plant.
